Another week, another menu! This day has been slightly more than hectic, but thanks to the many helpful people on twitter, I finally have a meal plan put together for this week (and even got my grocery shopping done!).
Monday: Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
Tuesday: Crockpot Pot Roast
Wednesday: Easy Breezy BBQ Chicken Sammies (Thanks to Brooke at www.binreallife.com for this super easy, yummy-looking crockpot recipe! Go visit her and beg for this recipe. Seriously, she’s my new hero. And has a great blog. So go
).
Thursday: Ravioli with creamy pesto sauce
Friday: Chicken, brocolli, & rice skillet

Hmm, good idea. I should start posting my weekly menu too… I do find though that usually it’s not exactly what I plan, or there’s an unexpected night where we go out, or need to substitute something. Do you post your changes? Maybe you don’t need to… What do you think?

Hi Christine! I generally stick to the meals that I plan, but not necessarily on the days that I plan. I don’t usually update it, though I might mention it in the following week’s post- or I’ll add a recipe I didn’t use that week into the next week’s plan, etc. Often I include a night for a dinner out too, or something easy. It all depends on my mood! Having this as part of my weekly blogging makes me stick with it a lot better than I was before
