When I visited the SITS site today, I read an amazing response from a blogger in reply to her featured blogger day. (For anyone unaware of what that means, a blogger is featured daily and given all kind of support and traffic from this amazing blogging site). It is a great reminder of how a few kind words can go such a long way, whether someone is having a great day or a challenging one. The sense of community I have found in blogging is something that has more than once left me in awe. Sometimes it’s a blogger and reader who always gives such great responses to your posts, like Liz. This week, the 31 Days to Build a Better Blog Challenge began in the SITS Blog Frog Community and bloggers, whether new or experienced, have rallied together to help each other improve, all thanks to one NirvanaMamma Blogger’s inspirational idea to do it together. When a group of bloggers post about how they are not mom of the year, there is an influx of supportive comments making sure that each mom knows she’s not alone and a sense of camaraderie among us moms in the blogosphere. Shell hosts an amazing link up where we can all pour our hearts out about what’s on our mind. Even with something as ordinary as meal-planning, I asked for help and received it almost instantly.

It truly is amazing. It has renewed my energy for blogging and has helped pull me out of a long, tough week that left me feeling emotionally spent. So to all of you great bloggers out there who are stopping by today, thank you. I look forward to spending some of my downtime this weekend on visiting other blogs and trying to share the support.
